General
By accessing or using the Crafts 4 Parties web site you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions will govern all order contracts between you and Crafts 4 Parties generated through the use of this website. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Crafts 4 Parties reserves the right to change these terms and conditions as and when required to do so.

Safety
We do not recommend our craft kits for children under 3 years old, and above that (4years +) we would strongly recommend, careful supervision from an adult. Recommended minimum ages are given for each product.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, including the use of this website and /or any purchases made by you from Crafts 4 Parties shall be concluded in English and shall be governed by English law and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Accuracy of Information
The information we publish within this website has been validated as far as we can and all reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices are offered without any liability whatsoever and we do not warrant that all the product descriptions on this site is complete, accurate, current or error free.

Intellectual Property
All contents offered and available on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, data compilations and software and the compilation thereof is the property of Crafts4Parties, our affiliates and / or partners and is protected by United Kingdom and International copyright laws.

Purchase Policy
You must be at least 18 years of age and be able to enter into a legal contract and have the means to pay for the goods purchased from this website. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the quantity of any orders that we believe may violate our Terms & Conditions.

Placing an Order and Order Acceptance
To place your order request for goods on the website simply click on the confirm order button at the end of the on-line order process. Our website has been designed to ensure an uncomplicated series of simple to use instructions for you to follow all the way through your buying experience.
After receiving your order we shall send you an acknowledgement message providing you with an order id and the value which has been debited to your credit / debit card. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Crafts 4 Parties.

We will only have accepted your order after receiving full payment and sending you an order confirmation message received by you at the time and date of sending the email, which time and date is specified on the email. The stated time and date of receipt by you shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside our control you have not received that email.

Should for whatever reason we are out of stock we reserve the right to not accept your order, or if we are unable to get authorization for your payment, or if we identify a pricing or product error. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase by you at any time. If we are unable to fulfil an order following our order acknowledgement we shall contact you by email or telephone to advise you of the situation for you to have an option of cancellation or a delayed supply on the understanding our stocks are replenished rapidly.

Prices, Payments, and Shipping Rates
All prices quoted are in English Pounds (£ Sterling, GBP). Delivery charges are not included and are added at the end of the order process. Our standard delivery charge is a fixed fee of £3.95 (dispatched within 3 working days of order being placed), but we do offer an express option (guaranteed dispatched within 24 hours of the order being confirmed and posted Royal Mail 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery') for £7.95. All goods orders of £75.00 or more are dispatched by standard postage FREE of charge.

As the purchaser you must confirm that the credit card or debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the security checks show a discrepancy in information supplied to us, or the card issuer refuses to, or does not for any reason authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Ownership of Property
Crafts 4 Parties will retain all legal ownership of the goods until such time full payment has been received. Legal ownership of the goods will automatically revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Risk
All risk in the goods will pass to you after payment to us and delivery has been made to you.

Delivery
We shall deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery/price selection chosen during the order process. We do aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery schedules are guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery. Crafts 4 Parties does not accept any liability in any delays caused through any third party. It is your responsibility to be able to accept delivery of the goods. We shall not be held responsible after the first delivery attempt.
Delivery will only be made to the address given on your order.
If goods have not been received within 10 working days (UK) or 15 working days (outside UK) from receiving our confirmation message, you must inform us promptly as a delay in informing us may the process of investigation and claim settlement.

Delivery Damage
If you suspect that the goods have been damaged in transit you must retain the packaging and goods for inspection until such time we settle the matter. In such cases you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of such damaged goods by emailing us at sales@crafts4parties or FAX/telephone 01208 812426.

Change of Mind / Returns Policy
You may change your mind within 30 days of receiving any goods ordered from this website. If you do so you will be refunded the full amount paid (excluding any postage costs) provided that we receive back the said goods unopened. Liability
Our website is presented “as is”. We make no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with these terms or the website. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, data non delivery, mis-delivery, corruption, destruction or other modification, expense or injury direct or consequential, howsoever caused through information or product supplied incorrectly used, supplied late or not supplied. Interruption of business, Computer viruses, system failure or malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of the website, including hyperlink to and from third party websites. Also, events beyond our reasonable control.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from the use of the website. You also agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.

Disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the website and any purchases by you of any goods from Crafts4Parties shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in London, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the English courts, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the International Chamber of Commerce. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgement in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. To the extent arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Website shall be submitted to an appropriate court or other judicial body in London, and all applicable provisions of this section shall apply.

Data Protection
Your details will be stored on a computer according to terms of the Data Protection Act 1984. No details will be passed to any third party.
