Q. Is everything included within the kit?
A. Yes, all you will need is some glue, and some time to have lots of fun.
Q. What glue is best to use?
A. All kits can be made with PVA glue, but for faster setting results, you can use hot glue guns (adult supervision required), foam glue, or glue dots. We sell a wide selection of suitable products in our craft materials section.
Q. Can you send us a printed catalogue?
A. Sorry, no. We are an Internet-only retailer and do not offer a printed catalogue. We are constantly adding new product ranges, which would rapidly make any printed material out of date.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. Free postage on all orders of £75.00 or more, otherwise standard delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery Service) on all orders will incurs a flat rate packaging and delivery fee of just £3.95. Express delivery can be requested (Royal mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service by 1pm) at a flat rate of £7.95. If Royal Mail cannot deliver your package, they will leave you a 'While you were out' card. Just follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery at home or work, or arrange a pick-up from a Post Office.
Shipping within Europe is £8.95 and Worldwide is £9.95
Q. Can I pay with my credit card over the telephone?
A. Yes, just send us your order via email (support@crafts4parties.co.uk) including your contact number and we will phone you to take your card details. We can also send you a PayPal payment request, or of course you can send us a cheque, if that is easier.
Q. HELP! I am having problems using PayPal?
A. To use PayPal, you must ensure your computer system is enabled to accept Cookies.
Q. HELP! Your site isn't working, why can't I add products to my cart?
A. The ordering system is working fine, but you may be experiencing difficulties due to your individual set-up. If you are having difficulty ordering through the site, we are happy to accept orders by emailing us at support@crafts4parties.co.uk. Simple list the items and quantity you require, name and address, and whether you'd like to pay by credit card, cheque or PayPal, and we'll input the order from our end.
Q. I submitted my order, but something went wrong before I could complete the PayPal payment, do I have to do it all again?
A. Don't panic - if you submitted the order, there will now be a copy on our system! Please contact us, as soon as possible, at support@crafts4parties.co.uk and we will be able to look up your order. We can then send you a PayPal invoice for the amount due or phone you for credit card details.
